Service Level Agreement (SLA): While we strive for 100% uptime and excellence, we do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

Limitation of Liability: Ultra IT Services shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Third-Party Services: We may use third-party tools or APIs. We are not responsible for changes or failures within these external platforms.

Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice. Upon termination, the client must settle all outstanding dues for work completed up to that date.
